Brittle Shipping Policy
Pre-Orders: All pre-orders are accounted for and processed, bear with us as patience is key when placing orders ahead of production time. Updates will be sent frequently on the status of production along with expected ship dates.
Processing Time:
Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days after your order is placed. Processing time may be extended during high-demand periods, sales, or holidays. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order is shipped.
Shipping Rates and Times:
- Domestic Shipping (Within the U.S.): Standard shipping is available with estimated delivery times ranging from 3-7 business days. Expedited shipping options may be available at checkout for an additional cost.
- International Shipping: We ship worldwide. Shipping times vary depending on the destination, generally between 7-21 business days. Please note that international orders may be subject to customs fees or import duties, which are the responsibility of the customer.
Order Tracking:
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking link via email to monitor your shipment’s progress.
Shipping Delays:
Brittle is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, or factors beyond our control, though we will always do our best to assist you in locating your package.
Lost or Damaged Packages:
