Brittle Return & Refund Policy
At Brittle, we aim for your complete satisfaction. If you're not fully happy with your purchase, please review our return and refund policy below.
Eligibility for Returns:
- Items may be returned within 7 days of the delivery date.
- Products must be in new, unworn condition with original tags attached and in their original packaging.
- Final sale items, such as marked-down products or special releases, cannot be returned.
Return Process:
- Contact our customer service team at brittlelosangeles@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for your return.
- Once approved, you’ll receive a return shipping label.
- Pack your item(s) securely and drop them off at the designated shipping carrier.
Refunds:
- Once we receive and inspect your returned items, you’ll be notified of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable and return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund unless the return is due to a defect or an error on our part.
Exchanges:
If you wish to exchange an item, please initiate a return for the original product by contacting us, and placing a new order for the desired item.
Damaged or Defective Items:
If your order arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, please contact us at brittlelosangeles@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery. We will provide a replacement or a full refund at no additional cost to you.
